FASTtag Professional Edition allows you to create a Price List, to represent the testing services you offer, and also any products that you provide.

The FASTtag Price List is very helpful to conveniently manage your pricing and make the list available to your customers. It is very easy to add new Price List items, or copy an existing item and modify to create a new item. The price list items also record whether or not the price includes tax (GST), as well as common tax codes.

The Price List Report provides a convenient way to list out your prices, which can then be printed or emailed to your customer as a PDF file. Customised Price Lists can be easily created using Report Designer, with the layout and format that you need.

The FASTtag Price List is also integrated with the automatic generation of Invoices. Each Item on the Price List can be linked to an Equipment Type. This allows FASTtag to count up the number of tests performed on each type of equipment (e.g. Class I, Class II, Extension Leads, etc) and then add a line to the invoice for the associated Price List Item, showing the number of times the service was performed.
