Multiple Competent Persons

Manage all your test personnel

In many organisations there are a number of people that have completed the training to allow them to perform electrical appliance test and tag. In general, these people are referred to as "Competent Persons".

FASTtag allows you to manage the information for all your test personnel in one place, and keep track their names and competency / license number.

The following information can be recorded

• Person's name

• Full name

• Competency / License number

• Email address

• Email signature

• Login information (to be used in a future release)

You can select the default technician from the list and as you record tests with FASTtag, their details will be permanently recorded with the test. This gives you a complete audit trail, often required by OH & S regulations. The person's name and competency license number is also available for printing with the Tag Printer Option.

A convenience feature, is recording of the user's email address and signature. In conjunction with the integrated email feature, this allows you to quickly compose emails to your client's, personalised with your details.

Note: a FASTtag license is required for each user/technician - contact your supplier for details.
