Download Remote Support Utility
Our
Remote Support Service will help you to resolve questions that you may
have. We will directly access your computer across the internet, to
verify correct installation, check log files and correct your software
configuration.
To proceed with Remote Support, please follow the steps
below

Download the Remote Support Utility from the link below.

You will be asked to Run or Save AUSRemoteSupport.exe
from www.aus.com.au - choose
Run. (Alternatively you can choose Save if you prefer to
save the utility to your computer, so it is ready to use next time you
need Remote Support.)
The Utility will be downloaded to your
computer - this may take a minute or so (it is 3MB).

Depending on your operating system, you may get a
message "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to
this Computer?" Click Yes.

You will be prompted to Accept the terms and conditions
of our Remote Support Agreement - to proceed click Accept.

The Remote Support Utility will start. It may take up to
a minute of so for you to receive your ID and Password. When the Utility
is ready, you will see a green led icon in the lower left corner.
When requested, please give the Password to our support
consultant.

Our support consultant will then be able to access your
computer to assist you.
